TCSISR operates on a gold open access basis. This page explains the fee structure for authors and conference organisers.

No Publication Fees for Authors

The online publication of each proceedings volume is sponsored by the conference organisers. As a result, no additional publication fees are required from individual authors.

Authors are not required to pay any article processing charges (APCs), page charges, or submission fees to TCSISR.

What the Conference Organiser Sponsors

The conference organiser’s sponsorship covers:

• Typesetting and formatting checks
• Cover design for the volume
• DOI assignment for each paper
• ISBN assignment for the volume
• Online hosting and publication
• Submission to indexing services

Registration Fees

Any registration fees associated with the conference itself are set and collected by the conference organiser, not by TCSISR. These fees typically cover:

• Conference attendance
• Social events and materials
• Administrative costs

Fee Waivers and Discounts

TCSISR does not charge authors, so no fee waivers or discounts are applicable. However, conference organisers may have their own policies regarding registration fees. Please contact your conference organiser for more information.
