Archiving & Indexing Policy

TCSISR is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and wide dissemination of the proceedings it publishes.

Archiving

Each volume is archived in a stable, permanent online repository. The articles published in TCSISR proceedings are immediately and permanently free to read, download, copy, and distribute under the terms of the CC BY-NC 4.0 user license.

The online publication of each proceedings is sponsored by the conference organisers, and no additional publication fees are required from authors.

Indexing

TCSISR proceedings are submitted to the following abstracting and indexing services:

  • Conference Proceedings Citation Index (part of Web of Science)
  • CNKI
  • Google Scholar
  • ResearchGate
  • CrossRef

Indexing ensures that published papers are discoverable and citable by researchers worldwide.

DOI and ISBN

  • DOI — Each paper published in TCSISR receives a Digital Object Identifier, ensuring a permanent and resolvable link to the article.
  • ISBN — Each volume in the series receives its own International Standard Book Number.
  • ISSN — The series as a whole has an ISSN: 2960-1800 (print) and eISSN: 2960-2238 (online).

Open Access

All TCSISR proceedings are published on a gold open access basis. Articles are immediately and permanently free to read, download, copy, and distribute. The license terms are described in detail on the Copyright & Licence page.
