TCSISR welcomes proposals from conference organisers who wish to publish their proceedings as a volume in the series. Getting a quote is fast and easy.

How to Apply

Send an email to proceedings@wepub.org with the following information:

  • Conference title
  • Conference dates and venue
  • Expected number of accepted papers
  • Conference website URL
  • Brief description of the conference scope and topics
  • Contact person and affiliation

Your proposal will be evaluated by a scientific evaluation committee consisting of researchers in the relevant field. We will review your conference details and reply to you, typically within 5–10 working days.

What Happens Next

  1. The evaluation committee reviews your proposal.
  2. If accepted, we send you a publication agreement.
  3. You collect the final manuscripts from authors.
  4. The review process is organised by your conference committee.
  5. Final materials are submitted to TCSISR.
  6. We handle production and online publication.
